One of Rivers of Steel Arts’ most in-demand programs, the Photo Arts workshops inspire novice and experienced photographers alike!
For photographers craving an “open” shooting experience, a variety of different Photo Safari options allow for unique access to Rivers of Steel’s attractions. The interplay of light and seasonality at the Carrie Furnaces offer endless perspectives of this industrial muse. Views of Pittsburgh’s majestic skyline and its renewed riverbanks are unparalleled from the vantage point of Rivers of Steel’s Explorer riverboat.
For photographers looking to explore analogue processes and in-depth instruction in specific techniques, guided workshops are available. This season’s schedule features Iron Imagery: Tintypes and Off Camera Flash sessions.
Private photos sessions are available by appointment. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
